Since its establishment in 2005, Lycée Molière has been providing quality education through a qualified and dedicated educational community in a stimulating environment.
The raison d’être of our institution has always been our students. Their learning, growth, well-being, and fulfillment are at the heart of everything we accomplish.
With its French, Egyptian, and English cultures, our school supports students aged 2 to 18 throughout their educational journey with a promise of global openness. We deliver education in line with the curriculum established by the French Ministry of National Education, from the very beginning of preschool to high school, and also follow the guidelines set by the Egyptian Ministry of National Education.
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you and your family to the Lycée Molière d’Alexandrie (ISE). I am very proud to be the principal of this dynamic, multilingual and forward-looking school. I hope you will find that our structured educational offer, passionate teachers and multicultural environment are right for your child.
A school is only as good as its teachers, and at Molière I’m lucky enough to work with a fantastic, energetic and dedicated team. The exceptional quality of our teaching staff creates a learning environment in which each teacher makes a special connection with each student, encouraging their participation. Your child’s academic, social and personal success is our priority.
The Lycée Molière, through its core values of respect, responsibility, integrity and the joy of learning, provides students with the means to become engaged citizens and players in tomorrow’s world.
Our students thrive in an inclusive, multilingual and multicultural environment, and our curricula – both French Baccalauréat and Egyptian Baccalauréat – offer them a unique experience with real language immersion from pre-school through to the final year of high school.
.
Children must be at least 3 years old on October 1.
One of the great joys of the Lycée Molière is the way in which French and English are spoken by our students at all levels. Generally, in the smaller classes, the children speak the language in which they, or their friends, are most comfortable.
Parents have until March 15 to submit their child’s application. However, the sooner we receive the application, the sooner we can begin the interview and evaluation process.
Of course we do! We are delighted to welcome non-French-speaking families to the Lycée. Please note that choosing our French program in a non-French-speaking family environment requires a commitment on their part as well as an investment of time. All parents must be prepared to expose their children to the French language and culture outside the classroom.
“These years at school were not only intense in terms of learning, but above all in terms of encounters and strong emotions (…).
As Montaigne said, it’s not a soul, it’s not a body that you form, it’s a man! “
At the Lycée Molière, we are committed to providing a quality education that combines the values of French culture with the richness of Egyptian culture. Our vision is to create caring, curious and responsible citizens of the world, able to thrive in a multicultural environment while preserving their identity.
We aspire to create a stimulating learning environment where every student is encouraged to develop his or her full potential, acquire solid academic skills and cultivate values such as respect, tolerance and solidarity. We believe in an education that fosters critical thinking, creativity and autonomy, preparing our students to become lifelong learners.
